Ewance Partner Program Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms: By joining the Ewance Partner Program, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to represent your entity to participate in this program.
3. Program Participation: As a partner, you'll promote Ewance using approved methods and materials. We'll provide you with the necessary resources and support.
4. Commissions: Earn commissions for referrals that lead to successful collaborations, as detailed in our commission structure. Payouts will be made as per the agreed schedule.
5. Marketing Conduct: Use ethical marketing practices. Misleading or inappropriate use of Ewance's brand is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any information shared between you and Ewance.
7. No Exclusivity: This partnership is non-exclusive. You're free to engage in other business activities.
8. Term and Termination: The partnership is ongoing but can be terminated by either party with notice. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid.
9. Liability and Indemnification: Ewance is not liable for indirect damages in connection with this program. You agree to indemnify Ewance against any claims related to your activities.
10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian law.
